At SportsSupply.com we want to make your shopping experience as enjoyable and convenient as possible. Our policies have been created to work for you and allow us to keep costs low while maintaining the highest quality products and orders. Below you will find some frequently asked questions and their answers. If you have additional questions, please address them to info@sportssupply.com.

How much are the shipping charges?

Shipping and handling charges are 15% of the order value. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses may require additional shipping charges not reflected in your shopping cart at the time of checkout. Due to the wide variety of products we offer, occasionally the package will weigh more and be subject to a higher shipping charge. If this applies to your order, we will contact you to get authorization of shipping charges before processing your order.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses may require additional shipping charges not reflected in your shopping cart at the time of checkout. You will be contacted via phone or email prior to the addition of any shipping costs. The shipping prices may be higher in these areas depending on weight and/or size of the product.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, and PayPal as payment for your order. We also accept money orders and will process your order when we receive the payment. Our mailing address is SportsSupply.com, PO Box 42036, Tucson, AZ 85733. We no longer accept personal checks.

How quickly will I get my order?
It is our goal to provide you with the fastest service possible. Usually, orders are processed, filled and shipped within one to two business days. Items from the same order may ship from different warehouses. Some of these warehouses may not have our standard UPS services available, in which case FedEx or USPS Priority Mail will be used. Shipping charges will stay the same for equivalent shipping methods. Please note that back-orders are processed when the product becomes available, potentially delaying the fulfillment of your complete order. We will e-mail you as soon as we receive your order and again when it is shipped.

How long will it take to get back ordered items into stock?
We can usually get back ordered items in stock within 7-10 days.

Can I order by phone?
If you would prefer to order by phone, please call Sports Videos at 866-325-2354 with your item numbers and credit card number, expiration date, and billing and shipping information.

Do you take purchase orders?
Yes, we accept purchase orders (POs) from schools, colleges, universities, government institutions and other organizations. Please mail the PO to: SportsSupply.com, PO Box 42036, Tucson, AZ 85733, or send via fax to 877-532-5721. The purchase order should include billing and shipping information, address, phone number, purchase order number, items, item numbers, prices and an authorized signature.

If I do not see what I want and need on your site can I still purchase it through your company?
If you need a certain product you don't see on our site, just send us an email at info@sportssupply.com with a description of what you are looking for and we will let you know about the availability and price of the item.

What is your return and refund policy?
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives and a replacement will be sent. All claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of order. Unwanted, but opened products, without a fault will not warrant a refund.

Does SportsSupply.com ship internationally?
We currently only ship products within the United States and Canada.

Is my personal information kept private?
SportsSupply.com values your privacy and we will never give your name to any other person, business, or organization.
